Stock Quantity differs

Hello Gurus,

We have an issue with R/3 Stock not matching with APO. When we execute the CCR report, I am able view errors like "Quantities Differ" 1000 Qty in R/3 and 400 Qty in APO. After sending the stocks to APO the quantities are matching.

I checked the material postings in R/3 and all have been allocated with respect to a Batch and the quantity which is allowed per bin level.The movement types are 101 at the receipt and 311 for the storage location transfers.

Instead of performing the CCR everytime when this error occurs, is there any note which is available or any customizing setting which needs to be done to rectify these errors.

Check if SAP Note 492591 on Stock FAQ helps.

If you have batch classified stocks then check if Batch object is part of your Stock Integration Model.
