Purchasing Info Records

Hi,

I am creating a PO using Describe Requirement Functionality in the Classic Scenario.

I have created an info record with a Material Group in the backend.

I would like to know how we can transfer the Purchase info records from Backend to SRM.

I did replicate the backend prices with the program EBP_BACKEND_PRICES for materials.

But now i need to replicate the inforecords only based on material groups.

Hi,

In Classic scenario at the time of creation of shopping cart you get backend Purchasing info. records and back end contracts for consideration for assigning a source of supply.

You can upload backend contracts to SRM using a report <b>BBP_CONTRACT_INITIAL_UPLOAD</b> which can be used in Extended classic scenario.

You don't need to replicate the Purchasing info records.(Classic scenario)

Hi mahesh,

It is not possible to replicate the info records from backend to SRM , i have never heard of that.

But i have seen the info records being considered in the sourcing cockpit as source of supply.
