BGD Work Processes in Status "Running"

hello experts,

we have a backup failure last night , then our regular Bi dataload failed in morning. I check in SM37, ST22,SM21..no logs were there for last night scheduled jobs.

then i looked at SM50..and found all the BGD work processess are in status running....

i did tried to kill them but again it picks a new WP and gets into status running.

Our system is

NW2004s SP12 for Bi7.0

running on Win2003 64 bit.

any suggestion to what we can do to release the BGD work processes.

Just try looking for dev_W0 once.

What you can see would lead you to some kind of solution.

i ahev checked dev_W00 file , though there are dev_W1,dev_W2 as well

im ahving this problem from yesterday 17 sept.

With this log I am unable to trace much apart from CPIC errors.

what does CPIC error means..as i dun have CPIC user in the BI Production System

but earlier it was working fine..suddenly it went haywire...

how did u close down ur problem...
