Failed to Process Adobe serverices

Hi,

The initial exception that caused the request to fail, was:

com.sap.tc.webdynpro.clientserver.adobe.pdfdocument.base.core.PDFDocumentRuntimeException: Severe : PDFDocument is NULL. Exception : Service call exception; nested exception is: java.net.SocketTimeoutException: Read timed out

Can you please let me know what I need to do at server.

Hi Vivek,

Thanks for your speedy reply but it didnot server my purpose.

I still get Adobe Render Exception.When we try to send the request to the server I do get this error message:

500 Internal Server Error

Fail to Process Please Contace your System Administrator

In the Exception:I can see this is cause of Adobe Render Exception

Please let me know If u have any solution.
