Cancelling Transfer Order

Hello Gurus,

I need to cancel a transfer order.

When I try to do this using tcode LT15, I am getting the error message -

Order receipt /Delivery not possible, credit customer blocked.

Please help.

Hi,

Seems to be credit limit over for the customer. Check the limit and used by FD32. try to release the delivery VKM4.

I checked the customer in tcode FD33.

I see that the blocked was checked in the control details.

The blocked box was checked under the control details.

That explains the reason for not canceling the TO.

the customer has exceeded his credit limit, so you can't pick the delivery.

Anyway it's strange that it also prevents cancellation, maybe that some OSS note could help you
