Hello Friends,
My requirement is to re-process the output (of deleviries) for the last three months.
This is for a Output type ("ZSTM"). There are more than 10000 deliveires in my production.
Could some one through some light on this. I guess there must be statndard RFC to do this, but not sure.
Points rewarded.
Thanks,
Mohan Krishna
Mohan,
Use VL71 T code.
Enter the output type, select the processing mode as 2 (Repeat Processing)
and use the Delivery date or Goods issue date to restrict the deliveries based on date range.
Hope it solves ur issue.

Ajai.

Good Afternoon,
If you have access to OSS notes, please see note 391247 regarding reprocessing output, in particular point 4:
4. Question: Why can output that has already been processed be sent
again?
Answer:
Determined output is stored in table NAST. Each record has a status that
is, normally records are only processed automatically once if the
'Multiple usage' flag is not set in Customizing of the output type.
However, you can still use the 'Send again' function in the output
overview screen of a document to process outputs again manually. So that
a further processing (repeat processing) is also recognized on the
respective print documents, the logic to print the 'Repeat print'
indicator in such cases must be implemented in the output processing
program (this is the case in the processing programs delivered by SAP.
I hope this is helpful!
