khan,
do check that ur channel are not stopped in the communiocation channel montioring.
also, after activating the channel in the ID, check the status of cache notification.
if its red, hit a delta refresh n make it green, if that doesnt work,
hit, complete cache refresh frm sxi_cache..
it shud work..

thanks for the responses......
it was showing green in the ID when i did refresh...so i did complete refresh from the SXI_CACHE, i tried several times this and again in the ID the cache is not getting started, there is no error there, it just says not started( red mark)
CPAcache trough the URL i dnt have acess to that.....any other inputs.....
khan,
dont just hit the refrsh..
select ur adapter in the ID, in the notification list and then hit the "delta refresh button" close to the refresh button... ( the one wit a green thunder sign on it)
and here is where ur problem lies, that the cache is not getting refreshed.
assign pts fr helpful answer..

Vishal
