Hi Sri devi,

Pls funish the details like live cache version and build level.

Hello Devi,

It only because of the environment variable of the host where R/3 is running.

It should have the proper env variable in path and LD_LIBRARY_PATH

Check that and restart of R/3 is necessary

Hi Sridevi,

Are SCM server and Livecache installed on same server?

if not then try starting up the Xserver

x_server []

also check out for the port 7210 entered in the services file:

· UNIX/Linux: /etc/services

· Microsoft Windows: system32driversetcservices

It seems you need to check the post installation steps for Live Cache.

You might have missed something in setting Up the Connection to the liveCache Instance.

Refer your Installation Guide.

Also Try to connect to Live Cache using DBM Gui.

Hi,

As per my knowledge the Livecache works on MaxDB database and if you even try to analyze with respect to DBMCLI error - it deals with MaxDB database connection.

May be you could check with LC10 and check with the database type for your LiveCache.

Is your Live cache and SCM on different machines?

if yes, check that your x server is running.

It seems as if your SAP System is are running on MaxDB DB.

Kindly make sure the DBM connection from SAP To MaxDB database (RFC destination ) is working proper.

You check this for your livecache via DB59 T-Code. Perform a Test analyze the same.
