LDAP Authentication with SRM

Hello Experts,

We are trying to configure SRM system to use an LDAP authentication for web access. We are using ABAP-only systems (no UME), and we don't have EP installed so most of the documentation we can find about this topic can't help us.

Does anybody have any idea on how to configure this setup ?

Nevertheless, I have already tried these threads & weblog before posting, both are using either UME or Portal configuration, which we don't have.

The first thread you mention could be of some help, but it is not answered. I have configured the BBPSTART service as proposed, but as far as I have tried it still doesn't work.

I have forgotten to indicate that we are using IBM Tivoli Directory Server as a LDAP
