printing forms from sap r/3 system

Hello Friends,

I need to print a form from the sap r/3 system. I am new to the sap spool and print systems.

Please guide me on how to go about printing the form.

Once your spool is created goto SP02 tcode check the spool number you are planning to print and click on display now you can see the printer option. click print, don't forget to give the printer name configured in SAP.

If you want to print other users spool request, goto SP01 and give the user name and execute... rest as above.

I do not know how to create a spool. In fact, i am new to the sap spool / print system and would greatly appreciate if you can give a brief overview of how to print the from step by step.
