Needed XSCHEMA.JAR file from Oracle 10q Release 1 Patch Set 1

Dear Members,

The installation of Oracle 10q Release 1 Patch Set 1 for Windows was interrupted as file XSCHEMA.JAR has a CRC Error.

Appreciate if you could help send this file to my email erryfebs@gmail.com.

I did download the latest patch from service.sap.com but i don't have any knowledge to install the patch from Oracle.

10.1 is not supported.

Get an installation CD set from the service marketplace with 10.2.0.1 and install patch 10.2.0.2 on top of that.

Just alone that .jar-file won't help you because the version you're installing is not supported.

Typo Error, Actually is Oracle 10g Release 2 patch Set 1 (10.2.0.2)

I've dowloaded database patch from service.sap.com already, the file name is

p6013105_10202_WINNT.zip, extracted, but i couldn't find setup.exe, it says we must installed from oracle application itself which is I don't have enough knowledge to perform this kind installation.

Appreciate if you or other member to guide me step by step procedure on how to install this patches from oracle application.

I don't now what you downloaded there

The installation sequence would be:

- Oracle 10.2.0.1

- Patchset 10.2.0.2 (you need to download the CD 51031725_2 and install that using setup.exe)

- Then install the patchset 10202_Patch15_WINNT.zip using OPatch (you need to use the OPatch tool for that - check Note 839182 - Oracle database 10g: OPatch)

On SMP, I go to :

Software Download>Database Patches>Oracle>Oracle 32-Bit>Oracle 10.2.0 32 Bit>Oracle 10.2.0.2> NT-I386

There two files : 10202_Patch14_WINNT.ZIP and 10202_Patch15_WINNT.ZIP

I already downloaded 10202_Patch15_WINNT.ZIP, I will have a look note 839182 to install it.

Next Question : What is the path that I can get CD 51031725_2?
