XML message Queue is geeting stucked

We are using the XI 3.0 NT Server, our XML message queue is geeting stucked.

Pls do the needful ASAP.

Inbound Queue or Oubound Queue.

check the queue name in the SXMB_MONI and reactivate it, also make sure that queue is registred, you can check this in SMQR.

also there might be a queue which might be blocking the others, if the queue is registred and activated if you still get this problem check the queue which is blocking it.

can you let me know the status of the queue
