problem in accessing IR

Hi experts,

Iam getting problem in accessing IR.It is trying to dowmnload aii_ibrep_client.jar, then its not able to download. I have JWS1.4.2. previously i used to get same problem with ID also. But I have copied the entire DMrep and DMdir folders from some other system. Then Im able to access ID but not IR. Can anybody give any idea regarding this.

This problem is because

1. your JWS is not consistent.

2. Server Slow

3. aii_ibrep_client.jar file problem while downloading.

1. Preferable use the version from JSE 1.4.2 onward, dnt use 1.5.10 or higher

check the value of PATH variable in Envinorment variable.

2. check your server is up and running fine.

if you still have problem

Ask basis to redeploy this JAr file.

copying all the jar files into the application data folder will not fix this.

Previously I was not able to access both IR and ID. Now Iam able to access ID but not IR. Actulally My project is not XI based , its RFID based. so we dont have any basis consultant.
