Automatic Goods issue when delivery document is save

The users are missing to click the Post Goods issue after picking done. Is there a way where once the delivery doucment is saved, the stock will get reduced from the storage location without clicking Post Goods issue.

Set up a background job to post Goods Issue deliveries that have been picked.

Use TC VL06G for creating the variant (on the selection screen for the variant you can pick up deliveries that have pick status = C) and use TC VL23 for setting up the job.

hi

i think it can be done in LT03 screen by putting the value "2" in adopt put quantity

and save the transfer order pgi will be done automatically.

the above applicable if u r using lean ware house functionality

this can be achieved by scheduling a BDC .

Based on the delivery status system automatically do the PGI ( or ) daily can be run particular time.

Contact abaper this requirement can be achieved.

It is NOT possible to reduce the stock if the end user saves the delivery document. Probably you can do with the help of ABABer through a BDC.
