The other method that I would recommend would be to use Purchase Requisition KF at the destination itself as a proxy of Capacity. You may define vendor with a long stock transport horizon (say 999 days) and let the planners manage the supplier capacity at the destination using the Purchase Req key figure. You can automate the population of that KF using macros that can pickup data from say extra attributes at a location product.
Unlike Suresh's solution, this model may have limitations like cross-product supply constraints modelling which you can using shared capacity definitions.
the positive though is that its less data intensive.

Make the supplier as a separate plant in your SAP system and then take capacity of the supplier into consideration in CTM.(correct me if i am wrong guru's)
