SRM Upgrade

Hi All,

I need to know what all objects / things need to be dealt with in an upgrade.

For Ex. in case of R/3 system technical upgrade we need to know

1.what all ABAP changes have come in new release,

2.what all custom developments need to be maintained

3. What all modifications and enhancements need to be dealt

Similarly in SRM upgrade what all do we need to deal with.

Any help and suggestion would be greatful and rewarded.
