hi everyone.

I need your hleps,

when i apply the Support Package,(Component:SAP_HR,Queue:SAPKE60004--SAPKE60016),an error occurred during the phase IMPORT_PROPER。

The following is the error details:

hi Andreas

i have upgrade my oracle release from 10.2..0.1. to 10.2.0.2

when i retry the import of support package, the same sql error occured...

I want to know that the patches of 10.2.0.2 is must be installed or not?

i have downloaded the newest patch on SAP market,but i do not have the Patch 5117016 which is nessecary before installing patches as oracle patchnotes says.

you are using windows 2003, so, you should install the latest patch which is level 15

go at http://serivce.sap.com/swcenter-3pmain

then, go into these sections:

Oracle

Oracle 32-Bit (or 64-bit)

Oracle 10.2.0 32-Bit

Oracle 10.2.0.2

NT_I386

Hello Peter,

ORACLE V10.2.0.1.0 is not supported by SAP. You need to download patchset 10.2.0.2 and install it and then install as well around 30 interim patches

Please check note 871096 for the interim patches and note 839187 for the Oracle 10.2.0.2 patchset installation

These patches are addressing many ORA-00600 errors and I am sure that when you install them, you will be fine

Hello,

What Oracle version are you running?

Along with a ORA-00600, a trace file is written in the user_dump_dest or background_dump_dest directory. The name for the trace file written is recorded in the alert.log. Could you please send us the contents of this file(s) as well
