Delivery text in SO

I have maintained a delivery text in VD01 (in Customer Master) for customer XXX. But when I created an SO, the delivery text does not appear.

Please give me information on what to do.

On order screen, header -> text tab Run a text log by clicking "call log" icon on lower right hand corner. See if your delivery text KNVV - #### (your text id in customer master sales area screen) is there. If not, on this log, you see the text deter procedure number on the top. Double click this procedure to go configure text determination.

T-code is VOTX (old) or VOTXN. Select this procedure for sales document header -> choose text ID -> access sequence -> new entry to add KNVV - ####. KNVV is sales area data of customer master, #### is the text ID you just maintained.

I have learned that when I create a sales order, the delivery text appears. But when I save it, it disappears.

What could have caused this?

Hi..

Check your settings for delivery doc types...

If you are using text determination check settings copy...tick it and save...(IT IS available in assign access seq to text type..

Again try to create SO as well as Delivery....It will work...
