Excise Invoice

Hi Friends

I have only Excise Invoice number. No other details. Now can anyone tell me what is T.Code to view the Excise invoice and what is the procedure. And also please tell me how to take print out of that Excise Invoice.

Hi the following are the t-codes and reports for excise invoice

J1IEX SAPLJ1IEX Incoming Excise Invoices

J1IIN SAPMJ1IIN Outgoing Excise Invoice

J1IA SAPMJ1IA Excise Invoice Details

J1IK SAPMJ1IK Selection of Excise Invoice - Commo

J1IP J_1IPRNE Excise invoice print

Hi Ramesh

To view excise invoice number, goto J1IIN, select "Excise Invoice --> display" on left top. Now give the excise invoice exactly preceded with zeros. Now select "Ctrl+F1". Document flow will be displayed here.

To take print out of excise invoice, select same as above but instead of display, select print and give the respective invoice number.

The other way to see the list of excise invoice numbers with SAP Delivery and Billing documents numbers, use J1I7 (J one i seven) and give your Excise Group there and execute.

Execute J1IP in case if u want to see printed invoices also tick the check box and list will be displayed.

Hi,

Dont know whether any std is there but u can get it thorough

GOTO SE16>enter table name J_1IEXCHDR table contents(F7)--- give the details any plant or year and execute...

EXNUM will give u all the excise nos in that range
