solution manager in dns server

HI all,

I am plan to install solution manager 4.0 in our windows 2003 domain server. I know, this is not recommended. But I want to install. what is the prerequistic for this?.

Dear Bhaskar,

You are trying to install an Solution Manager System on an Domain server which is not recommended by SAP.

For general Pre-requisites for installation of Solution Manager kindly refer to the installation guide.

However I would strongly recommend to rethink this decision. You can quite easily arrange an PC with 2-4 GB of RAM and 80 -120 GB of Harddisk with a couple of processors ( CPU's ) ad install Solman on it.
