Hello All,

I have to change the Address of the Address no: in the Hierarchy,

Eg. for Address no: 1234,i had address as Po: code: 45001,now for

the same address no: 1234 the PO code is changed to 45002,where

can i change this PO,code.

And where do i have to update the same in the R/3 Backend.

Working on SRM 5.0 and SAP ECC 6.0

I have a similar situation.

I have a lot of PO's with error in monitors because the address number in SRM is different than ECC. The PO in ECC was created correctly but the PO in SRM stay with error.

Can you explain more detail at the solution?

I can't run the FM "ADDR_UPDATE"

Try using the FM "ADDR_UPDATE" in SRM to update the Address using the Address number.

Hi Arshad,

In my understanding when ever you make any changes in the root org. structure it generates a new address number w.r.t the changes made to the level.

You can observe the same in <b></b>ADRC<b></b> table.

So when you make changes to the postal code, it will generate a new addr. number.You can assign the same in the root org.

can we see the Address changes made to the old address numbers in the backend.

And how can we find out the new address no: generated.

Hi Arshad,

You can get the new address number from <b>ADRC</b> table w.r.t postal code.

I have not checked whether the changes get replicated in the backend or not.

You can check the same in backend in the <b>ADRC</b> table.

Please let me know about the progress.
