SAP Netweaver 2004s ABAP Edition: Logon System NSP not possible

Hello,

I've installed SAP Netweaver and SAP-GUI successfully.

An entry for system NSP was created in the SAP Logon Pad (Application Server

localhost, System-ID NSP, System Number 00).

By starting the system NSP I'm getting error message: "partner not reached"

(host 127.0.0.1, service sapdbp00) - WSAECONNREFUSED: Connection refused.

Details: Release 640, Version 37, Module nixxi_r.cpp, Line 8688, Method NiPConnect2, Return Code -10, System Call SiPeekPendCond, Error No 10061, Counter 1.

After that additionally I started application server and SAP-Manament-Console

manually. After I called system NSP again: with the same negative result.

Can anybody help ?

Is SAP is up and running , check everything is green in MMC. Also give computer name as application server name.
