Account Group Display in CMR

Hi,

How can i display both account group no & Description in account group field in CMR(xd01)?

Is there any setting?

Hi,

<b>You can do this definitely. Follow the procedure mentioned below:</b>

1.In the easy access screen in the top right hand side you have an Icon for <b>"Customize Local Layout"</b>. This icon is just next to the <b>"help"</b> icon. Also you can press <b>"Alt + F12"</b>.

2. When you click on it the system will show you many options available. Here you select or click on <b>"OPTIONS"</b>

3. Here you have various tabs. Out of this select or click on the <b>"EXPERT"</b> tab.

4. In this expert tab in the <b>"control section"</b> you have a tickbox for <b>"Show Keys in All Dropdown Lists"</b>. Tisk here, then click on <b>"apply"</b> & then click on <b>"OK"</b>

Now when you craete the customer master record in <b>XD01</b> the system will show you the account group code as well as the description of the same.

You will also find this effect in the material master record in <b>MM01</b>. Here the system will show you the material type code as well as the description of the same.

On easy access, click on "customizing of local layout" icon or alt+F12, choose "options", select tab "expert", tick "show keys in all dropdown lists".
