Hi Victor
Inorder to display Mobile Infrastructure, you have to deploy the NWMADMIN.sca file on your J2EE Engine using the SDM tool. As a prerequisite to deploying NWMADMIN.sca, you have to deploy LMTOOLS.sca file first.
The NWMADMIN can be downloaded from
-> SAP Support Packages
> Entry by Application Group
> SAP NetWeaver
> SAP NETWEAVER
> SAP NETWEAVER 2004S
> Entry by Component
> Mobile Infrastructure (MI)
> MI ADMINISTRATION 7.00
> #OS independent
and the LMTOOLS can be downloaded from
-> SAP Support Packages
> Entry by Application Group
> SAP NetWeaver
> SAP NETWEAVER
> SAP NETWEAVER 2004S
> Entry by Component
> Application Server Java
> LIFECYCLE MGMT TOOLS 7.00
> #OS independent
I suggest you to use SPS12 which is the latest. Once both these components are deployed refer to documentation available
<a href="http://help.sap.com/saphelp_nw04/helpdata/en/bb/329b422716c76ae10000000a155106/frameset.htm">here</a> that describes the next steps.
Hope this helps.

Hi
As mentioned earlier you have to install this using the Software Deployment Manager (SDM) i.e the RemoteGui.bat which is available on your J2EE engine. For details refer to this <a href="http://help.sap.com/saphelp_nw04/helpdata/en/3c/7d9e2588827546a2b8f2e7d8a26434/frameset.htm">link</a>. SPS12 also is available in the same link i mentioned above.
Best Regards
Sivakumar
