No SQL*Net V2 connect to <SID> available

Greetings !...

I am not able to login to sap application i have started Listner and it was successfully started and when i start sap it is is showing status as below -

Are you sure that the listener is running? The message you get reads that

Check that the listener is running: "lsnrctl status".

Start the listener as user oraweq: "lsnrctl start".

Also run R3trans -d as sidadm and tell us what you see in the trans.log file if the return code is not 0000

Try to start the databse from orasid

execute sqlplus "/ as sysdba"

startup
