Crash at end of Solution Manager Installation

I tried to install Solution Manager 4.0 on Linux SLES10 using Oracle 10.2 (+patches) rdbms.

The installation seems to be completed successfully. After clicking the OK button in the installation GUI, the GUI closed and the command shell had the following text:

Any idea what this could be? Can I ignore this and move on to the post installation steps?

Hi Andrew,

Usually this error appears if the resource limits are to low, however due to the point of the installation you are I wouls continue with the postinstallation steps.

Do you know which resource might be too low?

I think all the resources are at least what was recommended by the installation guide.
