Web Dispatcher can not access WAS after upgrade SP12

Hello Gurus,

I have upgrade PXI to 7.0 SP12. then web dispatcher can not access the back two instance "CI" and "DI".

I don't know whether this is a bug of SP12 or not, because after I upgrade PXI to SP12, I don't do other thing, then I try to logon via web dispatcher, but failed, web browser show nothing.

This ia bug in SPS12. Please deploy the attached sda files in the note.
