What should be done if a country has 2 tax condition applicable ?

By 2 Tax condition do you mean 2 Tax Procedures, this
is not possible,
you can have as many tax condtion type as much you like

hi,
In transaction OVK1 , we assign the tax condition types with sequence no., like cst tax type and vat tax type. but tax procedure is only one in FICO.
now we can keep tax classfication indicators for cst and vat.
so two tax conditions apply,
