notif _create default feild values

Hi,

Using notif_create is it possible to default to a single IBASE system including priority and category.

Currently this forms part of a selection criteria when the screen is called so you have to choose which system you want to report the fault on. Knowing that most of the calls from service desk will be for teh PROD system I want this to default to PRD system including the priority and a few category fields.

Anyone know hoe this can be done.

you can do this very easily with the report RDSWP_NOTIF_CREATE_CUSTOMIZE_S
