About XI Cache

Hi all

In the Cache Monitoring of RBW, there are three entries in the list for Cache Server

Integration Server (ABAP-Cache)

Integration Server (JAVA-Cache)

Integration Server (Central Adapter Engine)

Can anyone explain the difference of these three caches?

How do they function during time?

What's the relation between these three caches, Runtime cache, and CPA cache?

hui,

in that case you might be now clear of the distinction of the ABAP and JAVA cache. The main diff. of them being that they handle diff components, for ex. ABAP cache is for Service, Communication Channel, Receiver Agreement etc while JAVA cache is for Mapping Programs, Value Mapping Groups etc.
