Error during deployment

Hi!

First of all: These are my first steps with VC, so excuse my nescience.

I' ve successfully compiled a model in VC Storyboard, but during deployment on VC Server, a model compile error is thrown.

Having a look into the logs, I identified the following additional error messages:

VCO4: Exception in UserData.getUserData  : return default user data <ERROR code="-1">Server Error:Failed to load server data cant find studio.ini file, path is null~studio.ini.</ERROR>

VisualComposer Server: HelpMapIndex.xml was not found

Could anybody help me out with that?

Hi,

Check out wether it is locked or not.

If it is locked remove the lock.

Hi Thomas,

Hope the configuration of the System created in the Portal is correct. Do the usermapping for the particular system in the portal. Ensure that the backend systemis up & working.

Try to execute the RFC directly from the backend system.

Hi Thomas,

It seems certain files are missing in your Visual Composer system. Did you had any problems while installation or are there any error messagess in your installation log?

Can you give some more details regarding your VC application, like you are using BI query or using any BAPI/RFC...?
