Not Able to deploy DC

Hi All,

I have created an application and tested it in the sandbox, it is working fine in this system, now I attached it to a DC, for transporting it in the Dev system, I checked in the DC and activated the activity I have created for this DC, now when I see the Activation Log, I can see Activation Status as succeeded and Deployment Status as failed.

I tried to create a WD IView for this application, a folder has been created for this activity but I am not able to see the Application in the sap.com folder.

Please help.

Hi Amit,

In the Activation Request View, right-click ur activity, and click on

"Show Deployment Summary", this will open up browser, where u need to provide

the DTR Login details and the next page will show the information about the

Deployment Process.

Try to figure out, why the Deployment failed or give in selected Trace from the

page where u think the problem is.

Hi Alka,

When I try to do what you are telling, I am getting error, "Unable to determine URL of deployment log for build request 96 failed."

Another thing is, when I tried to transport a simple application, it was Activated and Deployed successfully, but still i am not able to see the application in portal.

Hi Amit,

For your Deployment problem,

Please check with your DTR status and CBS atatus.

Deployment Summary is not seen when, any one of them is down .

Hi,

I checked DTR and CBS status both are working fine.

When I try to deploy an application, it is giving me error that check all the used component are there.

Can you tell me, how can I check which component is not available in the application.
