SC status RELP

Hi All,

We are using SRM5.0 classic scenario. When user tries to reject a SC in the Approval detail screen, the system displays message 'System status RELP is active' and does not allow to reject.

However, the user is able to reject the SC directly from the approval screen.

Why is this so, as the status I1015 means it can be rejected or approved?

Any inputs will be appreciated.

<b>We have faced the similar message and this was happening due to system bug in the function module FUNCTION BBP_PD_MSG_CONVERT_APPROVAL.</b>
