How to process IDOC from Inbound Queue

Hi Experts,

XI is sending IDOCS in an inbound queue in R3. The status of the IDOC is 75(IDOC is in inbound Queue).

How to process these IDOC from inbound queue in R3?

or you can use the report RSEINBQUEUE_PARTNER for "restarting" queues of a sender.
