Creating service messages on satellite systems?
When I create service messages on a satellite system, there are only quite a few fields available.
Is there any solution to add some more fields to such a massage?
What kinds of fields are you looking for?
I am not personally aware of any way of customizing this screen, but there is a way to have a pre-defined template populated within the long description area. Is this something that would work?

In the message creation screen you can choose the button "Load Local File" and import a pre-defined template stored locally or on a shared network.
This obviously entails an extra step and probably isn't the best solution if you are looking to develop custom fields within this screen (which I do not think is possible).
However; if you have specific information, that includes open ended questions, that you would like message creators to add to the ticket i.e:
In which location do you work?
Describe the problem in detail?
Describe what you did before the error occured
What is the business impact?
How many users are affected?
Then this is the best option.
