Hi everyone,

I Know that we have to use Sapinst but i'm pretty sure that someone somewhere

succeed to do a recovery system procedure without that tools......

SAP ECC 5.0

Netweaver 6.40

Kernel 142 Lib_DBSL 101

Os: V5R4

Please help me, I made a good part but now I have a problem with

When we do SAPLICENSE -test we received the following message at the step connect message server:

Can not connect to message server rc: -100

Witn Sapgui we receive:

connexion impossible(no ID HARDWARE received from message server)

Hi Jules,

most likely you are doing this with a different release and therefore you didn't copy everything ...

I would check for WRKSRVTBLE - you need several SAP ones here I would hunt for sapms<SID> and for cfgtcp option 1, 10 & 12 - this needs to match upper&lowercase to the profiles !

The message server is not working or the SAP system cannot access the message server => you can only logon with SAP* ...
