Custom Catalog Fields using OCI

I need to send custom Catalog field back to SAP ERP .But OCI Spec (4.0) does not seem to explain what is format of fields . There is lot of notes that is being specified in the

group. But i am not getting any of those notes.

any one ,any clue on how to do this or access the notes.
