All authorization for only PM/FI from SAp_ALL

if i wnat to create all authorization for Plant Maintainence(PM) can i copy from SAP_ALL and deactivate everything(100%) except only one auth obj- PM or do i need to keep any thing else?

doing that would probably not give you the result that you want. I would start by looking for a SAP delivered role that does what you are asking. Then make a copy and work from that.

PS an example would be SPOOL. That is in the Basis section not in PM so the person would not be able to print.
