Comment Editing on SPC Chart

On the Behavior tab of the SPC Chart display template there's an option called 'Enable Comment Editing' (11.5 SP3). I can add comments to data points but I can't change or delete comments. Does this option only allow the creation of comments? If it allows editing, how does it work? Editing is useful to correct misspelled words or if a comment is put on the wrong data point.

You can have multiple comments per data point, so simply have the users record a correction to their comment as a new comment, perhaps with the phrase CORRECTION in the text.

There is no built-in way to edit a comment, though this could be done with a custom display.

If you look at the templates in \Lighthammer\Illuminator\Templates\QualityPortal, you'll have all of the building blocks you need to create this display. You'd add a new query template (of type "Command") to do the update instead of the insert.
