Employee cant change status of service desk message

Hi Experts,

I am trying to configure Service Desk scenario in my Solution Manager for our SCM 4.0 Production System. I am able to create service desk message in my Satellite System and also able to see it in Solution Manager as well. Problem which i am facing is as follows:

After giving copy of standard roles to Employee (i.e. Message Processor given role as Employee in Business Parter) which are as follows:

Z:SAP_SOL_SERVTRANS_ADMIN

Z:SAP_SOL_SERVTRANS_CREATE

Z:SAP_SOL_SERVTRANS_DISPLAY

Z:SAP_SUPPDESK_ADMIN

Z:SAP_SUPPDESK_PROCESS

Z:SAP_SV_FDB_NOTIF_BC_ADMIN

Z:SAP_SV_FDB_NOTIF_BC_CREATE

Z:SAP_SV_FDB_NOTIF_BC_PROCESS

I am still not able to change the status of Service desk message in CRM_DNO_MONITOR. All status's are disabled.

Patch level of my Solution Manager is as follows:

Hi Naresh-

Try assigning the authorization object B_USERSTAT to one of the message creator's roles.
