Installing R/3 on UNIX

Dear gurus,

I have the software components,

1)SAP R/3 4.7EE

2)Oracle 9.0.2

3) Redhat Enterprise Linux 3.0

4) Sun Solaries 5.10

I want to install r3 in unix flavour, can anybody just guide me which is the compatible version for r3 and which OS is recommended. if anybody have the installation guide pls send me on my mail ID. pls send me as soon as possible,
