Problem during attaching configurable material to a Network

Hii friends,

I am not using standard network, I am attaching configurable material to a network, system is giving me message Configuration not possible as Reason code 004.

I have created a configuration profile for the material, What I am missing please let me know...

Reason code 04

Please check the below for configurable material

1] Material Master Basic data 2 with configurable indicator set

2] Classification view with 300 class/ 023 maintained

3] Configurable profile status (Released or locked) for class type 300 is created & class is attached to it

4] Class 300 is to be attached to the material master through configurable profile creation
