Quite a general question if you do not mind me saying, can not write a complete and concise answer I am afraid

Start by installing Oracle with your SAP Installation CDs. Also check some notes for Oracle and your OS , for example

933778 - SAP ERP 2004 SR1 Installation on RedFlag Linux

914177 - File system reiserfs Oracle parameter filesystemio_options

871096 - Oracle Database 10g: Patch sets/patches for 10.2.0

841728 - Oracle Database 10g: Software installation problems 10.2.0

Note 945315 - SAP installation on Linux on POWER/Oracle 10.2
