Hi Guys,
I am new to SAP EP . I am Good in ABAP and planning to Learn SAP EP.
As I heard, Few people say------ , Experience in Java is necassary to learn SAP
EP. Currently, I am working on WebDynpro for ABAP and I have got very Good
Understanding In C++ and Java.
Kindly, people who are Working on SAP EP advise Me Regarding this wether I can go ahead with Pursuing SAP EP.

I would consider posting this in EP content development forum.
I would agree with the advice you already have got. You need some JAVA knowledge and experience to develop Portal applications. If your concern is not development in portal then learning portal on your own might be a option but still i would recommend to have knowledge on the JAVA.

Although this is not the right forum I will give you an answer:
It depends .... on what you wanna do with the portal. If you just wanna administer a portal and create content based on existing URLs/applications you do not need java experience. Just book a cource or if you have a little bit time use the portal sap documentation, some how-to guides and trial&error and you will get it ...
If you want to create java-based content for the portal - especially in KMC environment using the KM APIs - you definitely need java, because this the KM-APIs are java apis.
