Kindly let me know, if we can bring the HR Master Records to DMS Object Links.

Why would you want to? Normally you would link with HR using ArchiveLink to link documents to HR objects.

This is due to the fact that the requirements in HR do not normally require versioning so you can simply link the document and use the HR master data to find it.

ArchiveLink is used to attach documents to HR transactions. You have the ability to link directly to different infotypes. ArchiveLink uses the same repository but uses a different method to store.

Do a search in the SAP help files and you should find quite a lot of information on archivelink
