Sales order items due for delivery,customer want to cancel order reming ite

Hi,

sales order raised for 50 items and delivered 40 items. customer does not want 10 items.

how we can canceled that reaming 10items.

Two schedule lines determine in order

1 for 40 $ 2 for 10 ,u assign reasons for regetions at item level,it solves ur problem

If the 50 nos are in single line item and delivered 40 nos then you have to do return process

First of all the customer has not recieved 50 items as delivered quantity was just 40.That time that quantity can be changed in the sales order by going to VA02.But if already delivered quantity is 50 and he wants to return the 10 among them then he can go for return process to return those materials.

Hi just open the Sales order in change mode i.e. VA02. and less the quantity i.e maintain as 40 . Then the remaining quantity automatically come and add to u r plant stock....( check the plant stock using T.Cdode MMBE )

In [VA02] assign a reason for rejection at the line item.
