Dear SD Experts,
We have some doubts on the comparative statements of previous quotes submitted to a customer,
The scenario is like this,
1. We have submitted a quote to a customer and we go for negotiation, but during negotiation, the prices are changed. Is it correct to change the present quote it self or we may have to create another quote keeping the reference of old quote?
2. At the time of a new quote on the same product to the same Customer, a Comparative statement is required covering the Last Quote Details, Accepted Price, new Estimated Price etc so as to finalise the price to be quoted (Best of the above).

hi
the second one would be of a gud choice, as prices in the quotation are never the final, untill and unless u go ito some agreement..
Thanx . Naren..

Hello Friend,
As I think you should not make any change in the created quotation if you want to have any comparative or other type of report.
You better try with the creating a new quotation with reference of earlier quotation. And that will resolve your issue.
