Hi all,

I am getting an error in rwb. If i click communication channel monitoring the page is not displaying .

Can any one please help me regarding this.

Hi Naveen Kumar,

Ya might be , thats why i suggest you to follow the Config guide religiously for close looping any missouts in the Configuration.

Hi Navinkumar,

XI config seems to be Incomplete .

Pls check the following

1) whether Http detination is defined

2) check parameter icm/host_name_full-- FQDN

3) Activate corresponding nodes in SICF.

But i suggest you follow the Config guide available on Service marketplace.

also look at notes 768456/1000528 .

Hi umesh,

In my rwb if i click communication channel monitoring it is not displaying the page .

There is a missing of admin tool in my http host will this be problem in my comm channel monitoring.
