i want va01 screen sales office and sales group mandatory field how to Configuration

follow the incomplete procedure for the sales doccument and also make sure those are existed in the customer master which in turn copied to sales order. you can see that in img-sd-bf-incomp procedure.-keep vkgrp and vkbur in the incomplete procedure and assign it to sales doccument.

hi,

In basic function, go to log of incompletion

Define the status group

Define incompletion procedure--select sales header --select table vbak and select field there

you can select which ever field to be mandatory and assign that procedure to the sales document type

Hi,

Create sales group and sales office in IMG-Enterprise sttructure. And assign these org. units to the sales org. units in Enterprise structure-assignment.

Maintain these fields as mandatory in log of incompletness in IMG configuration.

Sales office-VBAK-VKBUR

sales group-VBAK-VKGRP

Hi

You can either with transaction variant SHD0 or incompletion log

For SHD0

Enter the transaction code VA01

Enter the transaction variant BUS2032

Select the program SAPMV45A

Go to CHANGE WITH PROCESSING (F6)

Then continue to press ENTER, and change what ever u want to make mandatory or suppress

Or In log of Incomplete items in SPRO make Sales office and Sales group Fields as mandatory
