Can anybody guide me in deleting the dumps which appear in SM50 screen.

My understanding is that these will reset the next time the system is restarted.
The column shows how many times a work process has aborted, so you don't necessarily need to do anything.
Not sure what you mean. Where/how do dumps appear in SM50? Do you mean entries that appear in the 'Err' column?
